Ideation
Created a detailed wireframe depicting the goal for the architecture of the website and the flow/organization of information and sections.
My design aimed to engage users with fun elements and transitions while ensuring the location of information was easy to find and follow.

Branding
Due the previous website's lack or color coordination and font consistency, one of my main prioritizations was establishing a theme that accurately portrayed the company and stayed true to its logo and mission.
I found the best combination came from scaling down the bright logo colors to a pastel while occasionally incorporating brighter colors from the original scale. I also hand drawer their custom font for the titles and subheadings and used a sans serif font for paragraphs and other text.

Accessibility
The previous website included a long list of resources for special needs kids and adults including inactive organizations and some irrelevant information.
I sorted through the sites and did my own research in the community and their needs to find the best and most useful resources to include in the site. Additionally, the use of sans serif font was to ensure the ease of readability for users.

Problem
The existing website had disorganized UX architecture, Inconsistent UI, and a lack of accessibility for their growing customer base. They were experiencing increasing phone calls asking about questions that were on the site but hidden.
How can we improve the organization of information and create a brand guide that represents the company well?
